On the 2nd day of the tour, after having breakfast you will embark on a sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi. The attractions that you will cover during the city tour are Raj Ghat, Jama Masjid, Qutub Minar, Humayun's Tomb, Rajpath, India Gate, and Parliament House.
Stay overnight in New Delhi.
In the morning, you will be transferred to the hotel to board the flight to Bagdogra. On arrival, you will be picked up by our representative and you start the road journey to Darjeeling (110 km / 4 hrs).

Get on an early morning drive to Tiger Hill, which is one of the most popular attractions in Darjeeling. You are required to wake up early as the hill is renowned for offering a breathtaking sunrise.
Tiger Hill which is situated 11 km from Darjeeling and snuggled at an altitude of around 8400 ft, is the highest peak in Darjeeling. Once at the top, tourists can catch an awesome sunrise that brightens the snow-clad Himalayan Mountains in front of it. The star attraction is Mt Kanchenjunga, which turns golden due to the rays of the rising sun, you can also catch the sight of a glistening Mt Everest from Tiger Hill if the weather is clear.
As you will come down from Tiger Hill, you will visit Ghoom Monastery en-route. It is situated at 8 km from Darjeeling and popularly known as Yiga Choeling Monastery. Ghoom Monastery is the first Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Darjeeling. It boasts of a 15 feet high statue of Maitreya Buddha, which is the future form of Lord Buddha.
Darjeeling is also famous for its world heritage toy train, the ride of which you will enjoy while visiting the Batasia Loop and War Memorial. Batasia Loop is a magnificent loop that gives a panoramic view of the whole Darjeeling valley, while the war memorial resides in the middle of the loop, built in honor of the martyrs of the Indian army.
After all these visits, return to your hotel for breakfast. Relax for some time, and then head on to visit the other attractions of Darjeeling. The prime attractions that would be covered in the sightseeing trip are Padmaja Naidu National Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Ropeway, Tenzing Gumpo Rock, Tea Estate, Peace Pagoda, and Natural History Museum. Return to the hotel by evening and if you wish, feel free to roam in the nearby market.

On the 5th day of the tour, you will embark on a journey to Kalimpong which is located 54 km away and it will take approx. 55 mints. Kalimpong is also a prominent hill station in West Bengal and is highly renowned for its natural beauty. Besides the natural charm, Kalimpong is also known for its religious attractions that include Buddhists Monasteries, ancient Hindu temples, and churches.
Upon your arrival, have an assisted check-in to the pre-booked hotel. Relax for some time and then embark on a sightseeing trip of the city which includes Deolo Hill, Dr. Graham Homes, and Durpin monastery, Pine View Nurseries, Mangal Dham, and Forest Museum.
Deolo hill is the highest point in the region and is renowned for its picturesque beauty. The hill offers an enchanting sight of the Himalayas in the north and the Teesta River, which flows in the valley down below. The lush green hill has a height of around 1704 meters and is a popular picnic spot.

After having breakfast, you will start a drive to Pelling which is 91 km away and it will take 2 hours from Kalimpong. Nestled at an altitude of around 2150 m, Pelling is a beautiful hill station in the western part of Sikkim. The amazing hill station overlooks the mighty Himalayas that includes Kanchenjunga as its prime mountain peak. Owing to its natural topography, Pelling is dotted with numerous attractions that comprise waterfalls, serene spots, and city attractions. Besides nature’s splendors, Pelling is also home to a lot of sacred Buddhist Monasteries.
As you reach the town, you will check in to the hotel. Relax for some time and move out in the evening to explore the nearby settlements that include shopping centers as well. Post that, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Post breakfast you will leave for the sightseeing trip of Pelling which includes Pemayangtse Monastery, Rimbi waterfalls, Rimbi Rock Garden, Kecheoplari Lake, Kanchenjunga waterfalls, Rabdentse ruins.
Pemayangtse monastery belongs to the Nyingma sect of Buddhism. It was built in the year 1705 AD and this monastery is one of the first and finest monasteries in Pelling. The monastery comprises a noteworthy collection of Buddhist antique idols, scriptures as well as sculptures.
Then you will visit the Rabdantse ruins and it is believed that it was the second capital of the former kingdom of Sikkim. At present, the city is left only with its ruins and some chortens. Rabdentse ruins are amongst the top historical attractions in Pelling.
The last stopover of the day will be the Kanchenjunga Waterfall which is situated 28 km from Pelling. Falling from a great height, the waterfall looks so amazing and with its lush green surroundings, the place is perfect to wind up in the lap of nature.

On the 8th day of the northeast tour, you will be transferred to Gangtok. After an early breakfast, bid goodbye to Pelling, and embark on a journey to the capital of Sikkim, Gangtok which is 116 km from Pelling and it will take approx. 2.5 hours to reach.
Gangtok in the northern part of Sikkim and is bounded by lush green Shivalik hills that have numerous attractions spread all over its territory. Being a prominent center of Tibetan Buddhist culture and learning. Gangtok has numerous monasteries established in every nook and corner of the city.

Today, after having breakfast, you will embark on the full-day sightseeing tour of Gangtok. You will visit the Directorate of Handicrafts and Handloom, Enchey Monastery, Research Institute of Tibetology, Do Drul Chorten, White Hall, and Flower Hall.
Enchey Monastery belongs to the Nyingma order of Vajrayana Buddhism and Gangtok holds a significant place in the history and culture of the town. The monastery is believed to be 200 years old and was established by Lama Drupthob Karpo. The monastery comprises paintings and murals of religious kings and scriptures of Mahayana Buddhist deities.
Do Drul Chorten is a renowned stupa that was built in the year 1945. It was built by Trulshik Rinpoche and the stupa boasts of the Nyingma order of Tibetan Buddhism. The highlighting feature about the Stupa is it includes 108 prayer wheels that have mantras inscribed on them. Besides prayer wheels, the stupa also speaks highly of its Kanjur holy books, relics, and other religious objects.
In the evening you will visit the nearest shopping center or market to buy some souvenirs for your loved ones.

On the 10th day of the tour, you will proceed on a full-day excursion to Tsomgo Lake which is situated at a height of 12000 feet. This glacial lake holds religious importance for locals. It is popularly known as Changu Lake. Encompassed by snow-capped mountains and snuggled in the lap of the bright green carpet of the alpine forest, Tsomgo Lake offers a picturesque view.
There is a temple situated on the bank of the lake namely Baba Mandir which is dedicated to the Baba Harbhajan Singh. He was the soldier in the Indian Army. It is believed that the water kept in this shrine develops medicinal properties and can cure any longstanding diseases and ailments.
After spending some quality time here you will return to Gangtok. The evening is free for individual activities. Overnight at the hotel in Gangtok.
In the morning, you will be transferred to the Bagdogra airport to board a connecting flight to Kolkata. Upon your arrival in Kolkata, you will be transferred to the hotel. The rest of the time is at your leisure. You can visit the famous market of the city, savor delicious local delicacies, or visit some tourist attractions on your own.
Return to the hotel in the evening. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kolkata.
This is the last day of the tour and after having breakfast you will check out from the hotel and embark on the sightseeing tour of the city which includes a visit to Victoria Memorial and Indian Museum.
Later, you will be dropped at Kolkata airport for your onward journey.
